In response to the growing trend and market focus on quality, we have decided to re-emphasise our dedication to the high standard of service that we provide.

It has been decided that we will publish a quality manual specifying exactly what we do about quality and what measure we have in place to ensure the highest possible level of service provided.

Our internal measure will be assessed and redesigned where needed.

All internal processes will be looked at and modified if required.

This major work commences instantly and a quality manual will be published on the 15th of April 2010.
