Following careful consideration we have switched our main bank account from Santander to Lloyds TSB. Main reason for the change was more up to date information systems at Lloyds that will allow quicker money transfers. The other reason is relationship management approach offered by Lloyds and good network of branches around UK. Our bank account number was updated on our invoices, web site and tax return templates. Our Santander account will remain open for further 12 months to ensure that no payments or transfers are missed.
