As some may say maintaining business records in orderly fashion can be considered as not particularly interesting. Such observation would not be far from reality if it is limited to bear transactions recording. We believe that there is more to our work then that. Essentially what we do is watch the backbone of the business. Having realised that there are two options either to simply let this observation slip to other interesting concepts that never will be utilised or simply act on it. Receipts, invoices, payslips and mileage books are excellent source of information about the business that allows to see how money flows in and out of the organisation enables localisation of those areas where action can be taken to improve efficiency. Such efficiencies can be both excessive costs or insufficient income to cover the expense related. Having someone outside your business who can take a look at the numbers while processing them and suggest potential improvements can be priceless.
